Shipping Information
Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days after placement.
During peak periods (e.g., holidays, major promotional events) or when order volume is high, processing time may be delayed by 1-2 business days. We will notify you by email in case of any significant delays.
Shipping Fees
Free shipping worldwide with no minimum purchase required. No extra shipping fees apply to eligible delivery areas, regardless of order amount or quantity.
Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
We use multiple courier companies (FedEx/DHL/EMS/USPS). Once your order is shipped from us, you will receive tracking information.
After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique tracking number sent to your registered email address.
Tracking information will be available within 24 hours of shipment. You can check the delivery status through the carrier’s website or your Hamunic account.
Customs and Taxes
Customs duties and excise taxes are not fixed at the time of order placement but are determined at customs clearance. We are not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other charges.

Damaged or Lost Goods
If you receive a damaged package or item, please retain all packaging materials and the damaged goods and contact us within 3 business days of receipt. Please provide photos of the damage and your order number so we can assist you.
As per company policy, we will not place packages in a secure location unless you otherwise instruct us. We are not responsible for lost packages. Therefore, if you miss delivery, please contact our courier company or contact us to arrange a re-delivery.
For lost goods, we will investigate with the carrier. Once the loss is confirmed, we will process a refund or resend.
Changes and Cancellations
Address changes or order cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. We cannot modify or cancel orders that have already been processed or shipped.
