Returns

Returns can sometimes be a sensitive topic. We understand that sometimes tools are ordered incorrectly, or simply not suitable for the job, or even just a minor issue like the wrong color. Nobody wants to pay for replacements.

We understand.

Therefore, we offer free returns* for unopened items in their original packaging. Orders must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Your order must be returned in its original condition (100% new and resaleable, in original packaging. Items must be unused). An RMA number/document and/or order number must be included with the return to ensure a timely refund and avoid restocking fees. Returns without an RMA number/document or order number will not be refunded. In short, to ensure you receive a full refund and enjoy free returns, please return your order in brand new condition and ensure we can process your return quickly.

If the product is damaged during normal use due to quality issues or material defects, we will provide a replacement service according to the warranty terms. Please note that some products or specific situations may not be eligible for warranty replacement and may not be returnable. Generally, we can assist you with warranty replacement, but this may take longer than contacting warranty service directly.

Unfortunately, sometimes returned items are used, damaged, or even worse, someone has replaced new tools with their old ones. In such cases, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 100% of the item’s price.

To ensure you receive the best possible refund, please call or email us in advance, informing us of your concerns and any supporting evidence you have, so we can work together to resolve the issue.

* Free returns refer to the return of brand-new, resaleable items without any handling fees. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise specified on a case-by-case basis.

Incorrect Item Received

We take our packaging and inspection processes very seriously, but errors can occasionally occur. If the item you receive does not match your order, please inform us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item as soon as possible or provide you with a free return label and ensure the correct item is reshipped promptly. All costs associated with returns and reshipments are borne by us.

Damaged or Defective Items Upon Arrival

We want every order to arrive safely and intact. If your package arrives damaged, please note it upon receipt and inform us within 48 hours. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please take several photos of the damaged area and email them to [email protected].

If you believe your item is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it, and we will step in to assist you.

Our team will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible—whether it’s sending a replacement, arranging a refund, or conducting further inspection to ensure everything is in order.

30-Day Return/Exchange for Defective Items

We want you to have a worry-free shopping experience at Hamunic. If your item is defective within 30 days of receipt, please email [email protected] so we can assist you. Please include a brief description of the problem and clear photos or videos so we can quickly understand the issue.

Before returning an item, please apply for an RMA (Return Authorization) through our website or contact our customer service team to obtain your RMA code.

Friendly Reminder: If you ordered a set of products and one item malfunctions, we will only repair or replace the faulty part—you do not need to return the entire product.

Once a product malfunction is confirmed, we will arrange for pickup or provide a free return label and offer an exchange or refund. If you have any questions about the cause of the malfunction, or believe the damage may be due to misuse, we may need to conduct further inspection. After completing the assessment, we will process your exchange or refund immediately. If no malfunction is found, the item will be returned to you, and a reshipping fee may apply.

Refund

Thank you for purchasing our products from Hamunic.

To receive a refund, you must return the product within 30 calendar days of purchase. The product must be in its original condition as received and undamaged.

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect and process your refund. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your credit card statement.

You will not be eligible for a refund if the product is damaged or if you initiate a return after 30 days.
