Q: How do I reset my password?

Q: How do I change my default address?
A: To change the primary address you wish to send orders to, simply click “Account” in the upper right corner, sign in, and then click “Edit Address.” You can add a new address, edit an existing address, or delete an address here.

Q: Where can I find my orders?
A: To view a list of all your orders, click “Account” in the upper right corner and then sign in. All your orders will be displayed here; click the order number to view tracking information.

Q: I want to request data deletion.
A: We value your privacy highly. If you would like us to delete all data we hold about you and/or remove you from our mailing list, simply send an email to [email protected], and we will do so immediately.

Q: I forgot to use my discount code!
A: If you have a discount code but forgot to use it at checkout, don’t worry! Just contact [email protected], and we’ll verify the code and give you a partial refund.

Q: My discount code seems to be invalid.
A: First, please ensure you’ve entered the discount code correctly, without spaces on either side, and that it’s case-sensitive. If you can’t use the discount code, please contact [email protected], and we’ll help you resolve the issue!

Q: Is this website secure?
A: Yes, shopping at Hamunic is completely secure. We use industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption and PCI Level 1 compliant encryption to protect your personal information and payment details. This ensures your name, address, and credit card information are securely transmitted and cannot be read by others. Returns

Q: Within what timeframe can I return an item?
A: You must return the item within 30 days of receiving it, and the item must be in its original packaging, unopened, and undamaged.

Q: Can I return items that are “finally sold”?
A: No! All “finally sold” items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Q: What information is required for a return?
A: You must include the RMA number/document and/or order number with your return; otherwise, a refund will not be possible.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: Free returns are only for brand new, resaleable items. Return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer unless otherwise specified.

Q: What if the received item does not match the order?
A: Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will provide a free return label and resend the correct item at our expense.

Q: What should I do if the item arrives damaged?
A: Please record the damage and take photos within 48 hours, then email it to [email protected]. We will assist you.

Q: Can I return or exchange a product if it has a manufacturer defect?
A: Defective products that meet the warranty terms can be replaced free of charge. You do not need to return the product that is covered by warranty. 

Q: How do I apply for a Return Authorization (RMA)?
A: Please apply for an RMA through our website or contact customer service to obtain an RMA code. Returns without authorization will not be refunded.

Q: How long will it take to receive a refund after returning the item?
A: After we receive and inspect the item, we will return the refund to your original payment account within 5 to 10 business days.

Q: What if the returned item is found to be damaged or used?
A: We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 100% of the item’s price and may refuse a refund.

Q: How long will it take for my order to be processed?
A: All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days after placement. During peak periods or when order volume is high, there may be a delay of 1-2 business days.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes. Free shipping with no minimum purchase required for all orders worldwide.

Q: Can express shipping be delivered to P.O. Boxes or remote areas?
A: No, express shipping does not cover P.O. Boxes and remote areas. Delivery times to these areas may be extended by one business day.

Q: When will I receive confirmation of order shipment and tracking information?
A: You will receive a confirmation email with a unique tracking number after your order is shipped. Tracking information is usually available within 24 hours of shipment.

Q: What if I entered an incorrect shipping address?
A: We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers. Please carefully verify your address at checkout.

Q: Who is responsible for customs duties and import taxes?
A: Customs duties and import taxes are determined at customs clearance and are the responsibility of the customer. We do not bear any customs duties, taxes, or customs clearance-related fees.

Q: What should I do if I receive a damaged package?
A: Please keep the packaging and damaged items. Contact us within 3 days and provide photos of the damage and your order number. We will assist in resolving the issue.

Q: My package status shows as delivered, but I haven’t received it yet?
A: You need to contact us, and we will verify with the carrier. Please include your order number in all emails.

Q: Can I change my address or cancel my order?
A: Address changes or order cancellations must be completed within 24 hours of placing the order. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa and Mastercard.

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply register and browse our website, add your favorite items to your cart, and then checkout.

Q: When will I receive a confirmation email for my successful order?
A: You will receive an order confirmation email after successful payment and order completion. You will also receive a confirmation email after your items have been picked and shipped, informing you that your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Q: Why didn’t my credit card payment succeed?
A: If your credit card payment fails, please carefully check all the information to ensure it is correct and that the billing address you entered at checkout matches the address on your bank statement exactly. If you still fail to pay using other methods, please try using a different credit card or contact your bank.

Q: Can I split a transaction into different payment methods?
A: Sorry, we only accept one payment method per transaction.

Q: What if I want to add items to an existing order?
A: If you want to add items to an existing order, please place a separate order. We do not store your credit card information, and no changes can be made after the order is submitted. We cannot remove items from an existing order. Please return any unwanted items after receiving your order.
